ну а я що тобі не так писав? Він політик, лідер партії... і ніяких конкурсів і т.д. не треба. Так само в Німеччині Меркель була лідером партії яка виграла вибори і стала канцлером
ну да - як МІНІМУМ конкурс треба виграти в своїй партії . А так конкурсу немає . Ось правда в Англії на премєр міністра ніхто конкурс ніколи і не оголошував . І ніхто не обіццяв в своїх президєнських базарах це зробити . І в Англії премєр міністр є головою законодавчої і виконавчої влади ( призначається за погодженням королєви )
